对外开放的公告
Aba Prefectural Tourism Industry Development Leading Group's Announcement on Partial Opening of Jiuzhaigou National Park
“8·8”九寨沟地震发生后，社会各界倾力相助，九寨沟灾后恢复重建工作有序推进，目前九寨沟景区内部分区域已具备重新对外开放条件。为推动景区共建共享，创新世界遗产恢复重建新模式，早日向世人重新展现九寨沟世界自然遗产的独特魅力，向世界提供中国方案，按照“限区域、限流量、限时段、限方式”的原则，部分景观拟于2018年3月8日对外开放，现将相关事宜公告如下。
After the August 8th earthquake, Jiuzhaigou has received care and attention from various sources, both home and abroad. Along with the orderly progress of post earthquake reconstruction, part of the park has already been qualified to reopen to tourists. In order to share the construction and innovation stages of world heritage restoration and reconstruction, while showing the unique charm of Jiuzhaigou?s world heritage to the world, part of Jiuzhaigou National Park will reopen on March 8th, 2018 under the principle of 'limited area, limited tourists, limited hours, and limited routes', and relevant matters are announced as follows.
一、开放区域及景观、线路
景区实行分区域开放。开放区域为沟口经诺日朗瀑布至长海，扎如沟的扎如寺及日则沟的镜海。其中，长海、五彩池、镜海、诺日朗瀑布、树正群海、双龙海瀑布、扎如寺等景观原则上为步行游览区。具体游览方式听从随车讲解员安排。
1. Open area and tours
Areas from the park entrance to Long Lake via Nuorilang Waterfall, Zharu Temple in Zharu Valley and Mirrior Lake at Rize Valley will be open. Tourists can get off the bus to visit Long Lake, Five-colour Pond, Mirror Lake, Nuorilang Waterfall, Shuzheng Lakes, Double-dragon Lake Waterfall, Zharu Temple, while viewing the other spots along the opened area from the bus. Tourists have to follow the instructions of the National Park guide on the bus.
二、游览时间及游览方式
景区实行分时段开放，即每日8:00至17:00对外开放。
游客乘坐观光车游览，实行“原车原回”运行模式，即游客在游览完一处景点后乘坐原车前往下一处景点游览，直至游览结束。
2. Opening hours and tour operation
The park is open from 08:00 to 17:00 everyday.
Every tourist must take the park bus to visit the park, and 'Same bus Same tourists' system is being used for tourists’convenience, until exiting the park.
三、流量控制和接待对象
景区实行流量控制，日接待量严格控制在2000人以内。景区将根据恢复重建实际情况，适时调整接待量，具体情况请及时关注公告。
接待对象为旅行社组织的团队游客，且旅行社必须为游客购买意外保险；暂不接待散客，敬请谅解。欢迎环境保护、生态修复、地灾防治等恢复重建相关专业团队和支持灾后重建的团队游客实地考察体验，指导和参与景区灾后恢复重建工作，并提出宝贵建议。
3. Flow control and reception object
The park carries out tourist flow management and daily tourist capicity will be limited to 2000 tourists. The daily capacity will be adjusted in a timely manner according to the restoration and reconstruction progress and information will follow in due course.
Only tour groups organized by travel agencies are currently allowed to enter the park, and the travel agency must buy accident insurance for the tourists. We are very sorry to announce that individual tourists cannot be accepted at this stage. We welcome professional teams focusing on environmental protection, ecological restoration, land geological disaster prevention and rehabilitation, and tourist groups who support post disaster reconstruction to visit to guide and participate in the post disaster recovery and reconstruction of Jiuzhaigou, and to put forward valuable suggestions.
四、景区门、车票价格
景区门、车票实行优惠政策。景区门票旺季（4月1日至11月15日）110元/张，淡季（3月8日至3月31日、11月16日至12月31日）40元/张。景区观光车票90元/张（不分淡旺季）。特殊人群按照国家政策享受门票优惠或免票政策（不含观光车票）。
4. Ticket price
Preferential pricing policies are being implemented during this period. Peak-season (April 1st to November 15th) entrance ticket is 110 yuan/tourist, off-peak season (March 8th to March 31st, November 16th to December 31st) ticket is 40 yuan/tourist. The bus ticket is 90 yuan/tourist for the whole year. Tourists may enjoy preferential discount or free tickets in accordance with Chinese national policies (Only for entrance tickets).
五、景区门、车票购买方式
为规范市场秩序，景区门、车票实行全网实名预约购买制。购票网为阿坝旅游网，网址:www.abatour.com。咨询服务电话：400-088-6969。
5. Ticket purchase
During this period park entrance and bus tickets both require real name on-line booking. www.abatour.com is the official booking website, and the consulting service phone number is 400-088-6969.
六、执行时间
景区部分景观对外开放执行时间暂定一年，即2018年3月8日至2019年3月7日。

6. Execution time
Execution time of the partial opening of the park is tentatively fixed for one year, from March 8th, 2018 to March 7th, 2019. This is hereby announced.
